HUMANS

Q. Are humans meant to become something else?

A. No, thats a choice if you wish to or happen to become part of other race. Humans on their own are very important. Not only we made sure to give them their own powers and types in system, making them some of the most powerful mages and weapon users, but also lore wise they are extremely important on cosmic scale. They are after all a reason why the Eldritch took notice of Earth, they may possibly change course of universe.

Q. Can a human become every other race?

A. No, a human may be cursed with becoming undead, a werebeast, and maybe even discover that they were never a human but instead a faeryn. They may not become a Daemon or other type of human.

Q. Are there hunter organizations?

A. Yes, and many. Most hunters are either solitary individuals or an independent group that was either wronged by preternatural or simply chose to hunt them. These two types of hunters make their own structure and dynamic, and are not backed by any big organizations.

Additionally players may seek to join a local Miskatonic University Society, which sports their own research and hunters group. That group however does not kill all preternaturals indiscriminately, and instead opts out for studying them, while taking out the most dangerous ones.

There also a few bigger organizations around the world, one of such is Vatican's Inquisition, which so far has very limited presence in the San Francisco, mostly hiding away. What is known about them is that they are zealots that do not tolerate any preternaturals. Life of such hunters is full of death dealing, till they end up on the receiving end of it.

FAITHFUL

Q. Do all faithful have to be full on zealots devoted to church?

A. No. While all faithful have strong belief, how they lead their lives is not fully dictated by that, and therefore they don't have to be dedicated to church.

Q. Does Vatican seeks out and employees Faithful as hunters?

A. Despite many Vatican secret sanctioned hunters being faithful, they do not go out of their way to seek them out, which means that one may be faithful and never be approached by Vatican.

Q. Can a faithful lead less than ideal life and still be faithful?

A. Yes, you are not required to be a martyr or live without sin to retain your faith. Look at Constantine or Rasputin in history for that matter. They might have sinned, maybe even self loathed, or embraced what they are, but never the less, their faith preserved.

WATCHED OVER

Q. Are watched over really have angels look over them?

A. Even if the individual may believe so due to lack of knowledge, but in truth it is not so. Angels and demons while both exist, are also very heavily misinterpreted by humanity. Those that researched the subject have came to understand that this is actually related to cosmic causality rather than having invisible entity following you.

WITCHES

Q. Can daemons of other orders create cambion?

A. No, only a union between an Order Cubus Daemon and a human produces a Cambion.

Q. Is it Witch or Wytch?

A. Both are acceptable terms. However many Cambion Witches prefer the term Wytch to distinguish themselves from "Witches" or the pagan variety. The spoken word sounds like "why-ch" instead of "Witch", So when the Wytch spelling is spoken aloud there can be no mistaking it with the term "Witch" , Though "Cambion Witch" can also be a useful distinction, or even just "Cambion". (Cam bee on)

Q: Can men be Cambion Witches?

A. As said previously "Witch" is a gender neutral term just as "Nurse" is. Some  male Cambion call themselves "Warlocks", though the term means "Oath Breaker" or "Deceiver" and originated in Scotland to distinguish male witches from female witches. in Foggy Hills it is used to define male witches who believe in male supremacy  and thus the need to distinguish themselves from what they believe to be lesser female witches. Warlocks obviously won't join female led covens, preferring instead the company of other Warlocks or  leading their  own coven of female witches in a patriarchal manner, such patriarchal covens are called "Harems" by the more traditional covens.

NOTE: Only those who insist on calling themselves Warlocks are into male supremacy, male witches who call themselves "Witches, Cambion Witches, Wytch's" are happy with gender equality, In short warlock is the only gendered title for Cambions.

Q. Are covens all made up of the same type of witch?

A. No, a coven can have any type of cambion witch. Though Eldwytch's and Dreadwhytch's  are unlikely to get along with Earthwytch's  and vice versa, this is mainly because "Green" witches despise the use sacrificial magiks.

Q. Are non Cambion witches allowed?

A. Of course, but they use the standard human template and if they wish to use magic have to use specialization slots to learn magic.

Q. Can a cambion witch follow a pagan religion?

A. If they wish to. They will just be inherently superior at spell casting to any non cambion witches, and non cambion witches cannot aid them in spell casting and vice versa.

Q. Do Witches use flying brooms?

A. Yes. Cambion witches who enter covens are tasked with creating a flying broom, this requires them creating a bond with the broom, they need to sacrifice a small amount blood and allow it to soak into wood of the broom, when the blood is fully absorbed (about a week or so) they then anoint the broom with a salve of a particular blend of magical herbs. Despite this sounding like a "green witch" ritual, nearly all Cambion witches learn of the practice upon joining a coven. The Cambions magical blood mixes with the salve creating a quasi sentient broom that acts as an extension of the witches own body. This means each flying broom created is only able to be used by the witch who created it. The broom can't really be used as a missile or a weapon, it can however be summoned to the witches hand with a gesture, no matter the distance between the witch and broom, and regardless of obstacles between them. The Broom can be used as transportation, for the witch, allowing her to fly at double her walking speed and limited to altitudes that are safe for humans to fly without oxygen or protective clothing. The broom can also be given sweeping duties, sweeping the witches home while she attends to other matters.

Q. Can my cambion use the broom making process on something else?

A. No, the ritual to create the broom is broom specific.
